1. Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Timeframe: Our return policy lasts for 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are exempt from being returned, including sale items, gift cards, and certain custom products.

2. Refunds

  • Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts not due to our error).

3. Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us for instructions on how to proceed.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If Approved: When a return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if we cover the return label.

5. Lost or Damaged Returns

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item and are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeframe, please first check with your bank. There may be processing delays by your credit card company. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
